The rental also covers access to a shared pot wash area, grease trap cleaning, pest control, hood cleaning, shared air conditioning, and a common pot wash area. Each 16 SQM kitchen space is equipped with a 2-meter hood, gas pipeline, electrical outlets, and a small wash basin. Routing service is provided for added convenience. Each kitchen unit has an allocated electricity capacity of 5 KW, which can be increased based on availability.
